Throughout the project lifecycle, you will maintain close control over costs, quality, and deadlines, managing your projects with a high degree of foresight, personal accountability, and decisiveness. Through your structured and reliable communication, you build trust and confidence among customers, partners, and internal stakeholders alike. You lead cross-functional expert teams within an international matrix organization, ensuring efficient collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of international intralogistics automation projects, from order intake throughout final acceptance
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of all project activities with regard to costs, quality, schedules and risks
  • Responsibility for projects primarily in North Africa and the Middle East, as well as at other international locations
  • Coordination and management of suppliers, subcontractors and external service providers, from tendering through to final acceptance
  • Coordination of installation and commissioning activities with customers, partners and other involved contractors
  • Leadership of cross-functional project teams within an international matrix organization
  • Ensuring professional, clear and consistent communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ongoing change and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Execution and documentation of performance, functional and availability testing to ensure quality and achieve final acceptance
  • Making well-informed decisions, even during complex project phases, while proactively managing escalations and challenges

Required Skills

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in warehouse technology, materials handling or intralogistics
  • Solid understanding of intralogistics material flows, automation solutions and warehouse management systems
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in cost and risk management
  • Fluency in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level)
  • Very good command of English to support effective collaboration in an international environment
  • Good spoken and written Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Strong intercultural competence and a confident manner when dealing with international customers and business partners, particularly in North African and Arab markets
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments in North Africa and the Middle East and at international locations worldwide
  • Structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant approach to work
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills
  • Ability to reconcile differing interests and align teams around shared objectives
  • Confident presence in an international environment, combined with strong decision-making and assertiveness
